CRM & MARKETING

HubSpot Consulting

HubSpot works best when everyone can see the whole customer, not just their part of it.

Sound familiar?

The full story is spread across three tools

Sales is in the CRM, support is somewhere else, campaign work is in a third place. Each tool does its job. Answering a simple question about a client means opening all of them.

Two teams, two sets of numbers, one meeting

Marketing counts leads. Sales counts the ones worth calling. Both are right, both are pulling from HubSpot, and the meeting turns into a debate about definitions.

Lifecycle stages stopped meaning anything

Everyone’s an MQL, or nobody is. Whoever set the criteria has left and nobody’s revisited them since.

Workflow sprawl

Forty-odd active workflows, and no one’s completely sure which sends what, so nobody’s willing to turn any of them off. Every so often somebody gets three emails in a day.

What we do

Setting HubSpot up properly the first time, so you don’t spend year two undoing year one

Consolidating sales, service and campaign work so one account record tells the whole story

Lifecycle stages and lead scoring that match how you actually qualify

Workflow audits and rebuilds. Fewer of them, clearer, written down

Deal stages and pipelines that reflect how you really sell

Data cleanup: duplicates, unsubscribes, contacts with no owner

Reporting both teams agree on before the meeting starts

Integrations with the rest of your stack

Training, so it survives the person who commissioned it

We work across Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations Hub, on the free tier or on Enterprise. Most of what we get asked for is making the parts you already pay for work together.

Case study

Stack Influence

Nothing was broken at Stack Influence. Customer service and campaign operations ran across HubSpot, Front and ClickUp, and all three did their jobs well.

What was missing was somewhere to see it all at once. Getting a full picture of a client meant opening three tools, and the sales team couldn’t see service history alongside their own.

We moved customer service and campaign operations into HubSpot Service Hub and tied that work to the account record. Sales and service sit together now, response times came down, and a question about a client can be answered in one place.

How we work

Assess

We start with a free working session. You show us what you’ve got and what isn’t working, and we map the gap. No obligation, and you’ll leave with something useful either way.

Build

Fixed scope, fixed price, clear timeline. Most first projects run three to four weeks.

Enable

We train your team and document what we built. The goal is for you to run it without us.

Questions we get asked

HubSpot or Salesforce?

HubSpot is faster to get value from and easier for a small team to run without a dedicated admin. Salesforce goes further when your process is complicated or you need real customization. If you’re on one already and it mostly works, migrating is rarely worth it. Fixing the configuration usually is. We’ll tell you to stay put if that’s the honest answer.

We’re on the free tier. Worth talking to you?

Yes. There’s far more room in the free tier than most people use, including properties, deal stages, pipelines, forms and basic reporting. If you’ve got a real need and a budget, we can do a lot inside it. We’ll also tell you when you’ve genuinely outgrown it rather than pushing you onto paid seats you don’t need yet.

Can you connect HubSpot to our email platform?

Yes, and it’s a lot of what we do. ActiveCampaign into HubSpot is a route we’ve built more than once. There’s a whole page on it under CRM & Marketing Integrations.

Our data’s a mess after three years. Where do you start?

With the questions you can’t currently answer. We work back from those to the fields, stages and properties that would let you answer them. Cleaning everything is rarely worth the effort. Cleaning what feeds a decision always is.

Do you run the marketing itself?

No. We build and fix the system your marketing runs on. We don’t write emails or manage campaigns, and we’ll happily point you to someone who does.

Get everyone looking at the same customer.

Book a free working session. Tell us what you want to be able to see, whether that’s rebuilding what’s there or setting HubSpot up from the start, and we’ll show you what it takes.
