WHAT WE DO

Five things we do well.

Hire us for one, or several. Either way you’re working with people who know how they fit together, so nothing we build today becomes tomorrow’s problem.

Here’s what each one looks like.

Power BI Consulting

If your company already runs on Microsoft, Power BI is the shortest path to reporting people trust. We build the model and design the dashboards. Then we train your team, which is the part that decides whether any of it is still being used a year from now.

Tableau Consulting

Tableau gives us more room to design, and design is what carries someone from opening a dashboard to understanding what it’s telling them. What sits behind it is no different from any other platform: a model that reconciles, and a layout built around the decision somebody actually has to make.

Salesforce Consulting

Salesforce can do almost anything, which is how so many implementations go sideways. We start with the data, because nothing built on top of it counts for much while the records are wrong. After that it’s automation that matches how your team sells, and reporting your executives will open.

HubSpot Consulting

HubSpot works best when sales and marketing stop keeping separate scorecards. That usually means tidying the records and cutting the workflow sprawl back to something one person can hold in their head. Then both teams are reading the same numbers.

CRM & Marketing Integrations

ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, HubSpot. Each one is fine on its own. The work is in the wiring: field mapping, syncs that don’t quietly create duplicates, and unsubscribes that travel between systems the way everyone assumes they already do.

The layer underneath

Warehouses built on Snowflake or BigQuery

Pipelines and ingestion through Fivetran

Transformations in dbt, version controlled and tested

Monitoring, so you hear about a failed load from us rather than from a client

Most clients don’t need this on day one. It starts to matter when the reporting has gone slow, or when nobody can say for certain which system holds the real number. Plenty of businesses never reach that point.

Who we work with

Mostly companies between $5M and $1B

TheKey, Schoolcraft College, Structurely, Stack Influence, Career Now Brands, the National Transportation Institute, Quick and Simple Imports. Senior care, higher education, recruiting, software, logistics. What they have in common isn’t the industry. It’s that somebody already collected the data and nobody can do much with it yet. More on three of them: analytics your customers pay for, driver recruiting and retention, and Salesforce for workforce development.

You work with the person who does the work. There’s no account manager between you and the build, and nothing gets handed to somebody junior once the contract is signed.

How we work

Assess

We start with a free working session. You show us what you’ve got and what isn’t working, and we map the gap. No obligation, and you’ll leave with something useful either way.

Build

Fixed scope, fixed price, clear timeline. Most first projects run three to four weeks.

Enable

We train your team and document what we built. The goal is for you to run it without us.

Questions we get asked

We need more than one of these. Do we have to pick?

No, and most engagements cross over anyway. A CRM cleanup turns into reporting about as often as not, once the data is finally worth reading. We’d scope that as one project rather than five.

How do you price?

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before we start. Most first projects run three to four weeks.

Do you work outside Michigan?

Yes. Most of the work is remote. We come on site when it earns the trip, and training days usually do.

What if we’re not sure what we need?

That’s the normal starting point, and it’s a better one than it sounds. Most people describe a symptom rather than a system: the board deck takes three days, nobody trusts the pipeline number, two teams are arguing about what counts as a lead. Describe it that way and we’ll do the translating.

Not sure which one you need?

Most people aren’t. Book a free working session and we’ll tell you where we’d start, even if the answer is that you don’t need us yet.
