SELECTED WORK

Our Work

What each client came to us with, what we built, and what changed afterwards. Some of these are reporting projects, some are CRM, and a few started as one and became the other.

Reporting and dashboards

TheKey

Staffing is the whole business at TheKey, which provides in-home senior care. Too few caregivers in a market and you turn work away; too many and you’re paying people to sit idle. We built executive Tableau dashboards showing where demand is running ahead of supply, plus reporting on which marketing spend produces leads that convert and which reps need coaching. None of it goes to customers. It’s for the people deciding where to hire next.

Structurely

Structurely turned their reporting into an additional revenue stream. Their AI agents qualify leads by call, text and email, and their customers wanted a clearer view of how those agents were performing, but the reporting they had was at the end of what it could do. We rebuilt the pipelines underneath and redesigned the dashboards, which now sit in the client portal filtered so each customer sees only their own data. Renewal conversations got easier once clients could see the conversion uplift for themselves.

Career Now Brands

Career Now Brands needed Tableau skills they didn’t carry on the team and didn’t want to hire for full time. Their AI-powered recruiting system works; what was missing was a way for their customers to see how well. We built the customer-facing suite and still work with them on it in a fractional capacity. It launched a few weeks ago, so there’s nothing to report yet.

The National Transportation Institute

NTI surveys driver pay and benefits across the country, aggregates it, and sells it to trucking companies who use it to keep their pay packages competitive. The data is the product. Delivery was the bottleneck: orders were filled by hand, with someone compiling a spreadsheet of the cities each customer had bought. We built a Power BI product on top of it, so an HR leader picks their variables and sees straight away how their own pay compares against city, state and national benchmarks. Subscriptions control who sees what, and NTI sells access per city and per report.

What runs through all of it

The data usually already existed. What was missing was a way to act on it.

Several of these were rebuilds of something the client had already bought, not a case for a new platform.

More often than not the change was in the layout, and in which question the thing had been built to answer, rather than in the technology underneath.

Training and documentation were in every scope. A system nobody can maintain dies the day its owner changes jobs.

Some of these became ongoing relationships. Others we finished, documented and handed over, which is the goal when a client would rather not need us again.

In their words

Ryan Bator, President & Co-founder, Quick and Simple Imports

The ActiveCampaign setup was just as seamless and our first campaign had a 48% open rate! ForgeSight handled the entire integration with Salesforce — from configuring data syncs and field mapping to building automations that keep our lists clean and actionable. They even embedded ActiveCampaign tools directly into Salesforce so our team can send emails and manage automations without ever leaving the platform.

What really stood out was the level of service. ForgeSight was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with from start to finish. The project was delivered exactly as quoted, and they even went above and beyond, helping us set up a shared email group in Google so replies from campaigns would reach the right people without overwhelming any one team member.

CRM, Salesforce and HubSpot

Schoolcraft College

Several people on Schoolcraft College’s Workforce & Economic Development team work the same accounts, and they’d bought Salesforce to coordinate that. What they wanted was a setup built around the way the department actually runs. We rebuilt it with custom objects for the events they run in the community, the students they place with local businesses, and the training they sell. Then we put a dashboard on the homepage showing department-wide performance, and trained the team to log their own activity and read everyone else’s. They work accounts together now, and the whole department can see the wins.

Stack Influence

Nothing was broken at Stack Influence. Customer service and campaign operations ran across HubSpot, Front and ClickUp, and all three did their jobs well. What was missing was somewhere to see it all at once: getting a full picture of a client meant opening three tools, and the sales team couldn’t see service history alongside their own. We moved customer service and campaign operations into HubSpot Service Hub and tied that work to the account record. Sales and service sit together now, response times came down, and a question about a client can be answered in one place.

Quick and Simple Imports

Quick and Simple Imports wanted more from two things at once: their Salesforce setup, and email marketing that connected to it properly. We started with Salesforce — custom homepages and dashboards for tracking outreach and pipeline, new fields, and page layouts arranged so the sales team can find what they need and log activity in a few seconds. Then we implemented ActiveCampaign and handled the integration end to end, including embedding it inside Salesforce so the team sends email without leaving the system they already live in. Their first campaign had a 48% open rate.

Sample dashboards

Superstore Overview

Built to be read in a glance: four numbers across the top, and where each of them came from underneath. Tableau, on its own Superstore sample data.

Superstore Sales

This one has room to dig. Filter by category, sub-category, manufacturer or product, and follow a number down to the detail behind it. Same Tableau, same sample data.

U.S. Respiratory Illness Trends

Power BI, on public CDC data. Seasonal surges, demographic differences and pathogen-specific patterns, explorable by age group, gender, period and illness type.

Why these use sample data

Client data isn’t ours to publish. These are here so you can click around and judge the design and the interaction rather than take our word for it. On a call we’ll walk you through real engagements properly.
